Yes, we love creating bespoke designs for our clients. We are happy to create a design from any ideas you may have or you can mix and match from our collections.
'When should I place my order?'
We recommend you place your Save the Date order 1 year before, Invitations 6 months before and Day Stationery 1 month before.
'Do you require a deposit?'
Yes we do. A £50.00 deposit will secure all your design dates. Deposit are non-refundable.
'Can I order a sample before placing my order?'
Yes, please visit our Sample Request page and fill in your details.
'Do you have different colour/font options?'
'How do I send my information over?'
Please visit our Forms and Choices page to download our forms to help you fill in your details. If you already have your details in a word doc, please email this directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
'Do you supply a proof before printing?'
Yes we do. This enables us to tweak any details that might have been missed or any spelling errors. We will then wait for your approval before printing.
'Can I order more invitations at a later date?'
Yes, please contact us to order further invitations.
'How long does delivery take?'
Once your order is booked in, usually items are made and delivered within 7 working days. This may increase during the summer periods.
'How will my items be delivered?'
Large deliveries are sent with UPS and smaller orders are sent via Royal Mail.
'Can I collect my order?'
Yes, we are based in Sevencore, Ramsgate, Kent.
'I've changed my mind and no longer require stationery'
That is fine to cancel your order, although deposits are non-refundable.
'I've made a mistake on wording can I amend before my order is made and delivered?'
Yes, this is no problem to do, we can change before printing. Please call us on 07825396073 with your amendments as soon as possible.
'I've received my order and there's a spelling mistake, what can be done?'
We encourage clients to carefully read all proofs before we go to print, but sometimes spelling mistakes can be overlooked. Amendments after delivery are made on an iindividual basis, please contact us as soon as possible on 07825396073.
